Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND DATA
Orders are confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.
Secure Payment: Payment is processed through our third-party providers (Stripe/Strike). We do not store your full credit card details. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by these providers as necessary to complete the transaction (Article 6(1)(b)).

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and update availability without notice.
Note: We automatically convert currency for display when appropriate. Final charges are shown at checkout in the chosen currency.
5. RETURNS
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy and your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact support@garlicshop.co.uk before returning any items.

All content, trademarks, and imagery belong to Garlic Shop Ltd. Unauthorised reuse of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or our liabilities under the UK GDPR or Data Protection Act 2018 (Article 82).
