Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase.

 

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-returnable items (for health & safety):
    • Opened seasonings
    • Opened supplements
    • Other opened or perishable consumables
  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless faulty.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging/item, and a brief description of the issue.

 

Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If the returned item doesn’t meet eligibility requirements, we may refuse or partially refund the return.

 

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, you can request an exchange when contacting us or place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return and reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  • We’ll reply with return instructions and provide a prepaid label if applicable.

 

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

 

Gifts

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • If you received an item as a gift, we can arrange an exchange or store credit where possible.

 

Our Right to Refuse

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, opened, damaged, or outside the 30-day window without prior approval.
