Return Window
- You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Non-returnable items (for health & safety):
- Opened seasonings
- Opened supplements
- Other opened or perishable consumables
- Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging/item, and a brief description of the issue.
Return Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If the returned item doesn’t meet eligibility requirements, we may refuse or partially refund the return.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, you can request an exchange when contacting us or place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return and reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- We’ll reply with return instructions and provide a prepaid label if applicable.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Gifts
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- If you received an item as a gift, we can arrange an exchange or store credit where possible.
Our Right to Refuse
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, opened, damaged, or outside the 30-day window without prior approval.
